Title: Tunkhannock Creek DHALO stretch
Post by: HenryDavid on April 03, 2017, 02:43:29 PM
Can anyone point me in the direction of an access spot for the DHALO section of Tunkhannock Creek?   There seems to be some access in the area around the college.  Not looking for anyone's hot spot, just a public area to park and get started.

You can get to the creek by parking anywhere along S. overbrook road or you can just park at the baseball field, there is a big parking lot from there just walk to the creek you'll see a foot bridge. another parking area is within the college on Regina way. it's less than a mile long stretch from rt6 to the keystone college border. you can walk that in an hr.  :D

Thanks, I figured one of those would be public access spots, the ball field looks good.  I could probably dooble all around there and get some choochin in
