Still some ice. You can put in at ledgedale and fish past Sterling.  Perch should be hot along the no wake buoys. I would have been out yesterday but had some house issues to deal with.

It's open past carins island almost to ironwood.  Checked by martins and Cafferty ice still on the main lake shores are open.  Just be careful on a so you don't hit a chunk of ice

Went out today. Took a bit to find them but we ended up with a nice mess of crappie and perch. They are on the move. Here are the biggest two crappie of mine and my buddy 15-16 inchers. Mark D.

Fished the pack on Saturday 1 small mouth.  Couldn't find the perch or crappie but a nice day boat ran great. But getting off the lake was a pain in the #$$. There was a bunch of idiots holding up the launch. With the knuckle busters boat group. Wish I knew that they were going to be there I would have gone out from a different launch

We were there Saturday too. We got caught in the same cluster. Some kind of antique boat/motor thing. We got 10 bass. One about 3#s the rest were average 2#s. 1 big pick and 1 striper about 6#s. We didn't take bait so we didn't hit any pannies.
