My wife had a big pot of it when I got home from work. Goooood stuff. We had it for dinner and then we had some for lunch the next day. Unfortunately one of us had an adverse reaction to so much cream and beans that I ended up having to open the bedroom window all night, lol! She says she won't make it any more but I know she will since I even have a small bowl of it in my lunchbox for a mid morning snack today ;D

Boy oh boy, I think this is gonna be a family favorite! The Mrs made a big pot last night. Only she used the pickerel I got a while back that she found in the freezer. My 6 yr old grand son had 2 bowls of the stuff and said it was the best soup ever! Even the 15 yr old grandson had 2 bowls! You know it's good when the kids hammer it down!

I keep lookin at that picture and saying, "dang, forgot the cheese again!". I eat it so fast that I keep forgetting to put cheese on it, what's yer favorite, a sharp cheddar?

Whatever I have in the fridge...lol. I like sharp or mild cheddar. Once I only had shredded parmesain, that was good to. I always have some sort of cheese with this soup, gives it that lil extra flavor...and oyster crackers.
