mmmm-m. yeah brother, sounds good! what seasoning do you use? I always get the Chef Paul Cajun sesoning but you can always make your own.1 heaping tablespoon paprika2 teaspoons salt1 heaping teaspoon garlic powder1 heaping teaspoon onion powder1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper2 teaspoons black pepper1/2 teaspoon leaf thyme1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
I use emerils essence a lot. I think it is a great seasoning.
blackened yellow fin tuna steaks are my favorite. i blacken them in a cast iron pan with butter and lemon pepper. med rare.fantastic. they are exellent on the grill also. do not over cook a tuna steak you will ruin it. even if you dont like em a lil rare just cook through and remove from heat immed. and let rest a couple of mins.even for people who arent big on eating fish they maybe for you.they are like a fine filet mingon of the fish family. simple yet soooo good.
