Neat looking lure. I love your pictures chez, they're always interesting. As a bonus if I click on them to get a better look it redirects to PB and a popup with T&A appears.  ;)

Seriously, I've never had much luck on bass with topwater blade baits but in the salt the blues and stripers crush them.

My uncle in laws father was a lumber jack,and as a kid I would work for him stacking fire wood and loading his pickups,he knew I loved to fish and would give me the last hr of day light to go catch some bass out of his swamp ponds,I remember catching sometimes 15-20 bass before dark all on top water,jitter bugs and spook like lure like this,thanks for the pic Chez brought back some great memories as a kid,
He would be at the picnic table with his pbr NA after work and I would bring him back a limit of bass,he loved to eat them ,I would sometimes smack a couple frogs for myself for dinner ,I just didn't like bass to eat

I can't see your picture but is that a prop bait. I made a couple of them. Got one left. They work great... maybe I'll make a couple more just fer fun. ;D

Glad i was able to bring back some memories for you,Perchgypsy.
Nothing like the old days.
I quit drinking for 3 months,20 plus years ago.
PBR,NA,WAS MY CHOICE.
GREAT TASTING NA.TASTE LIKE BEER. :)
