Locally I like Anthony's in south Montrose and McCormick's at the Inn in Montrose.  Mild Buffalo is my favorite with lots of blue cheese for the dipping and plenty of bud lights. (Not many bars sell Busch Light!  Back home near Tamaqua the Mckeansburg Hotel has some great wings and there you get the WHOLE wing not just a section like everywhere else.

I like to make my own when I'm camping. Grill them until they are nice and crispy and dip them in wing sauce and blue cheese. Anyone else like to have celery with them?

I like celery with mine when I eat them at the restaurant.  When you get them as take out and they throw it in the container with the wings the celery turns into rubber by the time you get home and eat them.

To follow up on chez's original Post, I usually eat a dozen at s time.

My buddy makes wings in an oil less fryer. he sprays them with peanut oil, puts them in the oil less fryer for about 30 minutes till crispy and serves em with celery and a dipping sauce of Frank's red hot and blue cheese dressing...my stomach is growling after typing this

Durk.
This thread is about wings not chicken breast.
If you want to talk chicken breast you should start a new topic. >:(

I love wings...... Period.  Any way there cooked.

My favorite restaurant wings are the Louisiana lickers at quaker steak and lube.  My second favorite are from a place in Erie called the avonia tavern called Carolina kickers.  They are deep fried then sauced and then slid under a broiler to char them a little.  my third wings are from NY at the Black North Inn and are a home made nuclear sauce.

When I make my own I will marinate the wings in garlic salt, pepper, and vinegar over night then I will deep fry them and put one of three sauces on them.  My three sauces are my home made BBQ sauce, the parmesean and garlic buffalo sauce from Schiff's, or teriyaki sauce with ginger.

I have also been known to par boil wings and then grill them with regular old buffalo sauce.
