fish recipes

How does everyone like to cook up their fish?  Two of my favorites are baked fillets with butter, garlic, salt & pepper, dome Emerils Essence and a squirt of fresh lemon.  Fold it all up in tin foil and bske for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.  The second would be a bisquik breading that my wife does.  She adds some spices to give it a little heat and either bakes or fries the . Good stuff!

1 recepie I like is,to do with rock bass.
gut
scale
remove head,save for catfish bait
rinse body well
pat dry.
rub inside and out with olive oil.
then make rub
my basic is
1 each tbl.spoon,garlic salt,onion powder,chilli powder,cayenne pepper,paprika,pepper and anything else you like.
rub inside and out of fish.
blacken in castiron frying pan in some olive oil.
pick meat off the bone, its like bluecrab.
bones are bigger like a bullhead.
This is a great summer time sitting on the deck with buckets of PBRs.
TRY IT. :)
